Breathwork is a powerful experiential practice for journeying into expanded states of consciousness and to support deep healing.
These workshops are offered in an intimate small group setting over two afternoons, welcoming both first-time explorers and experienced breathers alike.
2026 Breathwork Sessions
Breathwork sessions are held in San Geronimo and Berkeley, in small groups, over the course of two afternoons.
There will be two sessions of "breathing", one in which you will "breathe", and one in which you will hold space for another participant as their "sitter".
This practice involves a beautiful partnership between the breather and the sitter. Both roles are a profound part of the experience.

Some Questions, Answered
A powerful modality that uses three elegantly simple tools to unlock profound states of awareness: accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork
Individuals best suited for this work are those with a genuine curiosity about deep psychological and spiritual exploration who possess both a stable support system and baseline mental health. They should be willing to encounter difficult material while understanding that this is neither a quick fix nor a wellness trend, and must be prepared for the possibility that symptoms may temporarily intensify as unconscious material surfaces. Additionally, they need the capacity to commit to the full workshop duration.
Breathwork is a transformative experience designed to facilitate deep self-exploration and healing. Due to the intense physical and emotional nature of the practice, certain health conditions may pose risks during breathwork sessions.
