Breathwork
Retreats in
SF Bay Area

March 27 & 28 - San Geronimo
October 9 & 10 - Berkeley

Breathwork sessions are held in San Geronimo and Berkeley, in small groups, over the course of two afternoons.

There will be two sessions of "breathing", one in which you will "breathe", and one in which you will hold space for another participant as their "sitter".

Breathwork practice involves a beautiful partnership between the breather and the sitter.  Both roles are profound and a deep part of the experience.
